We will soon be looking to introduce an automatic car and instructor to our team in Cardiff for those who want to learn to drive and take their driving test in an automatic car.

Note: we are not offering Automatic Driving Lessons at this time.

Learning in an automatic car has the advantage of not having to master the clutch and gears used in a manual car, the automatic car has only 2 pedals (one to go and one to slow) so driving is made easier straight away, so if you have found that you have difficulty with the
gears/clutch or have a disability that makes it hard to use the gears/clutch maybe an automatic car could be for you.

Please note: If a person passes a test in an automatic car then they are restricted to driving vehicles with automatic transmission thereafter. A full automatic license can act as a provisional manual license.
